| 10-01-08 | Online Training Opportunities A variety of online training opportunities is available for providers on an ongoing basis through TeKnow, including Mandatory Reporter (curriculum-approved by the State) and OSHA training (e.g., Universal Precautions). Online training offers providers another way to complete their required training within the appropriate timeline. A reduced rate for online training has been secured. Mandatory Reporter Training is $15.00 (vouchers CANNOT be used), and Bloodborne Pathogens training is $5.00. Providers will need to type in a specific password to receive the reduced rates. We will continue offering Mandatory Reporter training and Universal Precautions training every other month for center staff and daycare providers. To obtain the password or for assistance in signing up for online training, contact Cherie Kennedy at 557-1628. Providers will need to use a credit card to pay for the classes.
