Community Purpose Statement

The goal of the School Ready/Health Committee is to identify gaps and unmet needs that relate to school readiness and health of children aged 0-5 years.

Once identified, the committee prioritizes and recommends to the Empowerment Board possible projects, initiatives, and collaborations.
